Ingredients
- Patties
- Salt
- Pepper
- Montreal seasoning
Directions
- Salt and pepper one side, Montreal on the other
- Seal 1 or 2 patties per bag, freeze for later or cook now
- Preheat water to 135. 1.5 hours for fresh, 2 hours for frozen.
- Pre heat cast iron pan, super hot. Remove patties from sous vide and pat dry.
- Sear patties about 10 seconds per side. Rest on plate.
- For cheese burgers lay a slice on resting patties and cover with foil to keep heat around cheese
