Ingredients for 4
12 Chicken Drumsticks/Wings
1 stick Butter
1/2 bottle Buffalo Sauce
2 tsp Salt
Vegetable Oil
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 165.0ºF / 73.9ºC.

Step 2
Rinse chicken under cold running water. Pat dry.

Liberally salt chicken before sealing into several large bags.

Place bags into hot water bath and allow to cook at 165 degrees for 4 hours.

Toss With Sauce

In a large pan, heat approximately 4 inches of oil over medium-high heat.

Once oil is ready, fry each piece of chicken for 3-5 minutes.

Remove chicken from oil and place on a rack to dry.

Prepare the buffalo mixture by combining 1/2 a bottle of your favorite buffalo sauce with 1 stick of melted butter. Stir well.

Using a large bowl, toss chicken with buffalo mixture. Thoroughly coat each piece before removing and setting aside on a serving plate. Pour any remaining sauce onto the tray of wings.
