Perfect results in a few simple steps.

Ingredients for 0

  • Head of Cauliflower

  • Buffalo Sauce

Directions

  • Step 1

Before making this, search on the Anova website or App for “Buffalo Sauce” and consider making your own! Yes, it’s a bit of a process, but so worth it once you taste it!

  • Step 2

Core and cut your cauliflower into large florets, resembling the shape of chicken drumsticks.

  • Step 3

Add 1-2 tablespoons of Buffalo Sauce to a bag, add in your cauliflower “wings” and seal. You don’t want the cauliflower to be swimming in the bag—just enough to coat each floret!

  • Step 4

Cook in the water bath at 185° for 40 minutes

  • Step 5

Preheat your grill or cast iron when your 40 minute timer is just about done. Remove the cauliflower “wings” from the bag and place on your hot grill or cast iron. This step isn’t designed to cook the cauliflower (they’re done already!), rather develop a bit of char and bite!

  • Step 6

After 1-2 minutes, add a bit of buffalo sauce to the pan (or toss in a bowl with sauce if grilling), and continue cooking for another 1-2 minutes.

    • Finishing Steps

    • Step 0

Serve as you would chicken wings—Ranch or Blue Cheese...and don’t forget the celery and carrots!
