Directions

  • Step 1

    Place salt and pepper all over brisket

  • Step 2

    Place Brisket in bag, remove air and place into Sous Vide at 55 degrees

      Place brisket on roasting pan. Put in oven at 275 on convection for 2 hours.

    • Step 1

      Put more kosher salt and cracked pepper on top of roast when putting it into the oven
