Ingredients
- Cracked Black Pepper
- Kosher Salt
- Brisket 5 1/2 lbs
Directions
- Place salt and pepper all over brisket
- Place Brisket in bag, remove air and place into Sous Vide at 55 degrees
Finishing Steps
- Place brisket on roasting pan. Put in oven at 275 on convection for 2 hours.
- Put more kosher salt and cracked pepper on top of roast when putting it into the oven
