Boneless skinless chicken breasts
Thyme
Rosemary
Olive oil
Butter
Salt and pepper
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 150.0ºF / 65.6ºC.

Wash chicken and pat dry

Step 3
Add olive oil to a vacuum seal bag

Cut slit into chicken breasts and add small pats of butter then add salt, pepper, thyme and rosemary

Add chicken to vacuum seal bag and seal with vacuum sealer

Add bag to Sous vide bath at 150 degrees and let sit for 1.5hrs

Once bath is done, remove from Sous vide bath and shock in ice bath to stop cooking.

While chicken cools, get a cast iron skillet nice and hot with butter and/or olive oil with garlic

Once heated, add chicken to hot pan and sear both sides 3 mins each then remove from heat
