Ingredients
- Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 150.0ºF / 65.6ºC.
- Wash chicken and pat dry
- Add olive oil to a vacuum seal bag
- Cut slit into chicken breasts and add small pats of butter then add salt, pepper, thyme and rosemary
- Add chicken to vacuum seal bag and seal with vacuum sealer
- Add bag to Sous vide bath at 150 degrees and let sit for 1.5hrs
- Once bath is done, remove from Sous vide bath and shock in ice bath to stop cooking.
- While chicken cools, get a cast iron skillet nice and hot with butter and/or olive oil with garlic
- Once heated, add chicken to hot pan and sear both sides 3 mins each then remove from heat
- Serve it up and enjoy the deliciousness!
