Brown sugar

Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 165.0ºF / 73.9ºC.

Mix dry ingredients and rub ribs liberally

Vacuum sealer ribs in batches of 2 or 3

Cook for 4hrs

Finish ribs by cutting into bite size chunks and tossing in BBQ sauce.

Broil at 500 for 10 minutes turning once to Brown evenly
