Ingredients for 1

  • Country cut ribs

  • Paprika

  • Brown sugar

  • Garlic powder

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Favorite BBQ sauce

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 165.0ºF / 73.9ºC.

  • Step 2

    Mix dry ingredients and rub ribs liberally

  • Step 3

    Vacuum sealer ribs in batches of 2 or 3

  • Step 4

    Cook for 4hrs

  • Step 5

    Finish ribs by cutting into bite size chunks and tossing in BBQ sauce.

  • Step 6

    Broil at 500 for 10 minutes turning once to Brown evenly

      Cut into bite size chunks and toss in BBQ sauce

    • Step 1

      Broil at 500 degrees Fahrenheit for ten minutes flipping once to Brown evenly
