Great version of boneless ribs or burnt ends. I am an avid lover of smoked foods.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 165.0ºF / 73.9ºC.
  2. Mix dry ingredients and rub ribs liberally
  3. Vacuum sealer ribs in batches of 2 or 3
  4. Cook for 4hrs
  5. Finish ribs by cutting into bite size chunks and tossing in BBQ sauce.
  6. Broil at 500 for 10 minutes turning once to Brown evenly
