Great version of boneless ribs or burnt ends. I am an avid lover of smoked foods.

Ingredients
- Country cut ribs
- Paprika
- Brown sugar
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Favorite BBQ sauce
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 165.0ºF / 73.9ºC.
- Mix dry ingredients and rub ribs liberally
- Vacuum sealer ribs in batches of 2 or 3
- Cook for 4hrs
- Finish ribs by cutting into bite size chunks and tossing in BBQ sauce.
- Broil at 500 for 10 minutes turning once to Brown evenly
- Cut into bite size chunks and toss in BBQ sauce
- Broil at 500 degrees Fahrenheit for ten minutes flipping once to Brown evenly
