  • 1.5-2 lbs ribeye steak

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • 2 sprigs Rosemary

  • 4 sprigs thyme

  • 3 cloves garlic

Directions

  • Step 1

    Season both sides of the steak generously.

    Place in vacuum seal bag add rosemary, thyme, and garlic

  • Step 3

    Seal the bag and place in water once desired temp is reached

  • Step 4

    Let cook for 2-2.5 hours
