Ingredients
- 1.5-2 lbs ribeye steak
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 sprigs Rosemary
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 3 cloves garlic
Directions
- Season both sides of the steak generously.
- Place in vacuum seal bag add rosemary, thyme, and garlic
- Seal the bag and place in water once desired temp is reached
- Let cook for 2-2.5 hours
Finishing Steps
- Finish is extremely hot cast iron pan with butter and the herbs from the sous vide bag. About 90 seconds per side
- Let rest for 5 min. Slice and enjoy
