  1. Season both sides of the steak generously.
  2. Place in vacuum seal bag add rosemary, thyme, and garlic
  3. Seal the bag and place in water once desired temp is reached
  4. Let cook for 2-2.5 hours

Finishing Steps

  1. Finish is extremely hot cast iron pan with butter and the herbs from the sous vide bag. About 90 seconds per side
  2. Let rest for 5 min. Slice and enjoy
