Steak Seasoning of any kind
Olive Oil
Directions

Step 1
Set cooking temperature to 140 degrees.

Step 2
Lightly coat all sides of steak with olive oil and season with seasoning of choice.

Place steak in vacuum seal bag and seal in vacuum sealer.

Step 4
Place in 140 degree Fahrenheit water bath for 4 hours.
