Ingredients
- 2.25 inch Boneless Angus Ribeye
- Steak Seasoning of any kind
- Olive Oil
Directions
- Set cooking temperature to 140 degrees.
- Lightly coat all sides of steak with olive oil and season with seasoning of choice.
- Place steak in vacuum seal bag and seal in vacuum sealer.
- Place in 140 degree Fahrenheit water bath for 4 hours.
