  1. Set cooking temperature to 140 degrees.
  2. Lightly coat all sides of steak with olive oil and season with seasoning of choice.
  3. Place steak in vacuum seal bag and seal in vacuum sealer.
  4. Place in 140 degree Fahrenheit water bath for 4 hours.
