1 pork loin roast 3-5lbs
Lawry’s coarse ground garlic salt.
Bad Byron’s butt rub
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.

Step 2
Preseason the roast liberally with lawry’s coarse ground garlic salt and bad Byron’s butt rub. (Preferably allow it to dry brine overnight on a roasting rack in the fridge before bag sealing sealing).

Step 3
Sous vide at 140 for 4-5 hours.

Grill

Remove from bag and pat dry

Step 1
Sear on a gas grill appx 1 min per side as hot as you can get it.

Slice and serve.
