Ingredients
- 1 pork loin roast 3-5lbs
- Lawry’s coarse ground garlic salt.
- Bad Byron’s butt rub
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.
- Preseason the roast liberally with lawry’s coarse ground garlic salt and bad Byron’s butt rub. (Preferably allow it to dry brine overnight on a roasting rack in the fridge before bag sealing sealing).
- Sous vide at 140 for 4-5 hours.
Grill
- Remove from bag and pat dry
- Sear on a gas grill appx 1 min per side as hot as you can get it.
- Slice and serve.
