Ingredients for 2

  • 2-3 (1” thick) chops

  • Chicago Steak Seasoning

  • 1 Tb veg oil

  • 1 Tb butter

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130.0ºF / 54.4ºC.

  • Step 2

    Add seasoning to meat and insert in a gallon sized ziplock.

  • Step 3

    When water reaches temp, immerse bag releasing all air. Clip to side of container making sure the bag does not impede the flow of water.

  • Step 4

    Cook one hour & 15 minutes; it should be tender. You may cook longer if schedule dictates, but not necessary

      Using a heavy fry pan, heat oil and butter on medium high till butter begins to brown.

    • Step 1

      Quickly! sear both sides of each chop until browned. Do not allow to overlook.

    • Step 2

      Serve and enjoy!
