Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130.0ºF / 54.4ºC.
  2. Add seasoning to meat and insert in a gallon sized ziplock.
  3. When water reaches temp, immerse bag releasing all air. Clip to side of container making sure the bag does not impede the flow of water.
  4. Cook one hour & 15 minutes; it should be tender. You may cook longer if schedule dictates, but not necessary

Stovetop

  1. Using a heavy fry pan, heat oil and butter on medium high till butter begins to brown.
  2. Quickly! sear both sides of each chop until browned. Do not allow to overlook.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
