Pork Chops (Bone in/Boneless)

Ingredients
- 2-3 (1” thick) chops
- Chicago Steak Seasoning
- 1 Tb veg oil
- 1 Tb butter
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130.0ºF / 54.4ºC.
- Add seasoning to meat and insert in a gallon sized ziplock.
- When water reaches temp, immerse bag releasing all air. Clip to side of container making sure the bag does not impede the flow of water.
- Cook one hour & 15 minutes; it should be tender. You may cook longer if schedule dictates, but not necessary
Stovetop
- Using a heavy fry pan, heat oil and butter on medium high till butter begins to brown.
- Quickly! sear both sides of each chop until browned. Do not allow to overlook.
- Serve and enjoy!
