Ingredients for 2
1 tbsp chili powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and smoked paprika
2 tbsp Traeger pork and poultry seasoning
2 tbsp bitter thinly sliced
2 boneless pork chops
2 twigs fresh rosemary
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140ºF / 60.0ºC

Pat dry thawed pork chops

Step 3
Add all dry seasoning to one side of each pork chop then season with salt and pepper to taste .

Place pork chops season side down into a zip lock or vacuum sealable bag

As thinly sliced better and rosemary to top of pork chops then seal bag

Place in the water for Avona cooker then begin to cook.

Step 0
Open / cut open bag and place pork chops with juices into a heated cast iron

Step 1
Sear pork chops in cast iron on both sides for a min each

Step 2
Remove from heat and let stand for 5 mins , spoon juices from cast iron on to pork and serve .
