Ingredients
- 1 tbsp chili powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp Traeger pork and poultry seasoning
- 2 tbsp bitter thinly sliced
- 2 boneless pork chops
- 2 twigs fresh rosemary
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140ºF / 60.0ºC
- Pat dry thawed pork chops
- Add all dry seasoning to one side of each pork chop then season with salt and pepper to taste .
- Place pork chops season side down into a zip lock or vacuum sealable bag
- As thinly sliced better and rosemary to top of pork chops then seal bag
- Place in the water for Avona cooker then begin to cook.
Finishing Steps
- Open / cut open bag and place pork chops with juices into a heated cast iron
- Sear pork chops in cast iron on both sides for a min each
- Remove from heat and let stand for 5 mins , spoon juices from cast iron on to pork and serve .
