  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140ºF / 60.0ºC
  2. Pat dry thawed pork chops
  3. Add all dry seasoning to one side of each pork chop then season with salt and pepper to taste . 
  4. Place pork chops season side down into a zip lock or vacuum sealable bag
  5. As thinly sliced better and rosemary to top of pork chops then seal bag 
  6. Place in the water for Avona cooker then begin to cook. 

Finishing Steps

  1. Open / cut open bag and place pork chops with juices into a heated cast iron 
  2. Sear pork chops in cast iron on both sides for a min each 
  3. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 mins , spoon juices from cast iron on to pork and serve .
