Ingredients for 4

  • 1 package of boneless country spare ribs 1-2 lbs

  • Lawry’s course ground garlic salt

  • McCormick perfect pinch Cajun seasoning

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.

  • Step 2

    Season both sides of the meat liberally with lawry’s course ground garlic salt and McCormick’s Cajun seasoning

  • Step 3

    Vac seal as you prefer

  • Step 4

    After 4 hours in the water, pat the meat dry with paper towels and sear as you refer (I used a torch, but finishing on the grill with your favorite sauce works as well.
