  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.
  2. Season both sides of the meat liberally with lawry’s course ground garlic salt and McCormick’s Cajun seasoning
  3. Vac seal as you prefer
  4. After 4 hours in the water, pat the meat dry with paper towels and sear as you refer (I used a torch, but finishing on the grill with your favorite sauce works as well.
