Ingredients
- 1 package of boneless country spare ribs 1-2 lbs
- Lawry’s course ground garlic salt
- McCormick perfect pinch Cajun seasoning
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.
- Season both sides of the meat liberally with lawry’s course ground garlic salt and McCormick’s Cajun seasoning
- Vac seal as you prefer
- After 4 hours in the water, pat the meat dry with paper towels and sear as you refer (I used a torch, but finishing on the grill with your favorite sauce works as well.
