Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 131.0ºF / 55.0ºC.

  • Step 2

    Season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder and seal in bag

  • Step 3

    Cook for 3 hours 15 minutes

      Remove and dry meat

      Coat with mayonnaise. I find it easier to use my fingers and smear evenly
