Ingredients
- Bone In Ribeye
- Kosher salt
- Ground pepper
- Garlic powder
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 131.0ºF / 55.0ºC.
- Season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder and seal in bag
- Cook for 3 hours 15 minutes
- Remove and dry meat
- Coat with mayonnaise. I find it easier to use my fingers and smear evenly
- Sear in HOT cast iron and torch
- Serve and eat
