  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 131.0ºF / 55.0ºC.
  2. Season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder and seal in bag
  3. Cook for 3 hours 15 minutes

  1. Remove and dry meat
  2. Coat with mayonnaise. I find it easier to use my fingers and smear evenly
  3. Sear in HOT cast iron and torch
  4. Serve and eat
