Ingredients for 0
2 Bone in pork chops (about 1 in. Thick)
1 chopped shallot
1 sprig rosemary
1 sprig sage
1 sprig thyme
2 cloves garlic
Directions

Step 1
Slice your garlic and shallots, then remove your spices from the sprig.

Add ingredients to a vacuum seal bag and cook at 140 F for 1 hour

Remove bag and drain any juices. Add seasonings from bag to a preheated skillet.

Seat on high heat for 2-3 minutes per side, or until a golden brown crust is formed.

Let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Pairs great with roasted veggies.
