Ingredients

Directions

  1. Slice your garlic and shallots, then remove your spices from the sprig.
  2. Add ingredients to a vacuum seal bag and cook at 140 F for 1 hour
  3. Remove bag and drain any juices. Add seasonings from bag to a preheated skillet.
  4. Seat on high heat for 2-3 minutes per side, or until a golden brown crust is formed.
  5. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Pairs great with roasted veggies.
