Bone in pork chops

Ingredients
- 2 Bone in pork chops (about 1 in. Thick)
- 1 chopped shallot
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 sprig sage
- 1 sprig thyme
- 2 cloves garlic
Directions
- Slice your garlic and shallots, then remove your spices from the sprig.
- Add ingredients to a vacuum seal bag and cook at 140 F for 1 hour
- Remove bag and drain any juices. Add seasonings from bag to a preheated skillet.
- Seat on high heat for 2-3 minutes per side, or until a golden brown crust is formed.
- Let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Pairs great with roasted veggies.
