  • Lawry’s coarse ground garlic salt

  • Bad Byron’s butt rub

  • Bone in country spare ribs

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 141.0ºF / 60.6ºC.

  • Step 2

    Liberally season the meat with lawry’s coarse ground garlic salt and bad byrons butt rub (or your rub of choice.

  • Step 3

    Vac seal them up in your preferred method

  • Step 4

    Sous vide at 141 for 5-8 hours depending on how much. (1 lb 1” 4 hours is fine, increase time if larger)

  • Step 5

    Dry and sear on gas grill as hot as you can get it for appx 1 min a side

    • Step 0

      Get gas grill as hot as you can. Sear on all sides for 45 seconds to 1 min a side
