Bad Byron’s butt rub
Bone in country spare ribs
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 141.0ºF / 60.6ºC.

Step 2
Liberally season the meat with lawry’s coarse ground garlic salt and bad byrons butt rub (or your rub of choice.

Vac seal them up in your preferred method

Step 4
Sous vide at 141 for 5-8 hours depending on how much. (1 lb 1” 4 hours is fine, increase time if larger)

Dry and sear on gas grill as hot as you can get it for appx 1 min a side
