- Lawry’s coarse ground garlic salt
- Bad Byron’s butt rub
- Bone in country spare ribs
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 141.0ºF / 60.6ºC.
- Liberally season the meat with lawry’s coarse ground garlic salt and bad byrons butt rub (or your rub of choice.
- Vac seal them up in your preferred method
- Sous vide at 141 for 5-8 hours depending on how much. (1 lb 1” 4 hours is fine, increase time if larger)
- Dry and sear on gas grill as hot as you can get it for appx 1 min a side
- Get gas grill as hot as you can. Sear on all sides for 45 seconds to 1 min a side
