  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 141.0ºF / 60.6ºC.
  2. Liberally season the meat with lawry’s coarse ground garlic salt and bad byrons butt rub (or your rub of choice.
  3. Vac seal them up in your preferred method
  4. Sous vide at 141 for 5-8 hours depending on how much. (1 lb 1” 4 hours is fine, increase time if larger)
  5. Dry and sear on gas grill as hot as you can get it for appx 1 min a side

  1. Get gas grill as hot as you can. Sear on all sides for 45 seconds to 1 min a side
