Ingredients for 9
12 Eggs
5.3 oz Gruyere Cheese - Shredded
3 Cups Cottage Cheese
3 Tbsp Grass Fed Butter - Softened
8-10 Shakes of Cholua
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of White Pepper
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
Option Ingredients - 1/2 Cup / Roasted Veggies / Bacon / Kale / Mushrooms / Whatever You Like With Eggs!
3 oz Parmesan Grated
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 172ºF / 77.8ºC

Step 2
Add everything except the Parmesan to a blender and mix until combined…about 1 minute.

After mixing everything in the blender. Take your 8oz mason jars & spray the inside & the lid with cooking spray.

Step 4
Sprinkle a little bit of the Parmesan cheese at the bottom of each mason jar. Slowly pour desired amount of egg mixture into a mason jar. Top with optional ingredient if desired & sprinkle the rest of the Parmesan cheese on top.

Screw all the lids on & carefully place jars into the water bath.

After one hour has passed. Take the jars from the water bath let them cool.

Step 1
Once cool enough to touch…open and enjoy, put in the oven to put a nice crust on or put them in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

When ready to serve take the egg bite out of the mason jar, cut the egg bite in half & place on a baking tray. Bake at 475° oven for 8-12 minutes.
