Ingredients for 4
8 x 1/2lb beef burgers from the butcher
4 x slices of your favourite cheese
Cajun Spice
Salt
Pepper
Burger buns
Onion
Cucumber
Tomatoes
Lettuce
Red cabbage
Directions

Step 1
Place one burger on plate and place cheese on burger. Sprinkle with Cajun spine and pop second burger on top creating a burger cheese sandwich. Pinch the edges together to form a seal and re-shape.

Vacuum all four burgers having seasoned with salt and pepper.

Place in bath for allotted time

Slice all veg and tomatoes to add to burger build

Step 5
Sear burgers on very hot iron skillet, making sure you tend to the edges. Use a torch if necessary.

Build burger. Add veg, tomatoes and your favourite condiments.
