Ingredients
- 8 x 1/2lb beef burgers from the butcher
- 4 x slices of your favourite cheese
- Cajun Spice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Burger buns
- Onion
- Cucumber
- Tomatoes
- Lettuce
- Red cabbage
Directions
- Place one burger on plate and place cheese on burger. Sprinkle with Cajun spine and pop second burger on top creating a burger cheese sandwich. Pinch the edges together to form a seal and re-shape.
- Vacuum all four burgers having seasoned with salt and pepper.
- Place in bath for allotted time
- Slice all veg and tomatoes to add to burger build
- Sear burgers on very hot iron skillet, making sure you tend to the edges. Use a torch if necessary.
- Build burger. Add veg, tomatoes and your favourite condiments.
- Eat
