  1. Place one burger on plate and place cheese on burger. Sprinkle with Cajun spine and pop second burger on top creating a burger cheese sandwich. Pinch the edges together to form a seal and re-shape.
  2. Vacuum all four burgers having seasoned with salt and pepper.
  3. Place in bath for allotted time
  4. Slice all veg and tomatoes to add to burger build
  5. Sear burgers on very hot iron skillet, making sure you tend to the edges. Use a torch if necessary.
  6. Build burger. Add veg, tomatoes and your favourite condiments.
  7. Eat
  8. Yum
