- 1 part pepper 
- 1/4 part garlic 
- 1/4 part coffee rub 
- 3lb prime beef shoulder roast

                        Step 1Season beef liberally. The ingredients above will make more rub then needed but goes amazing on all beef. Once done seal up drop on the water for 24h at 137.5F
