Ingredients
- 1 part salt
- 1 part pepper
- 1/4 part garlic
- 1/4 part coffee rub
- 3lb prime beef shoulder roast
Directions
- Season beef liberally. The ingredients above will make more rub then needed but goes amazing on all beef. Once done seal up drop on the water for 24h at 137.5F
Finishing Steps
- When that time is up I pan sear this as hot as I can get my cast iron with butter and fresh herbs
- Slice against grain thickly these were finger pieces for the wife.
- I serve without sauce on it. But if you reduce
Au jus it is nice on top.
