  • Vinegar

  • Vegetables

  • Potatoes

  • Juniper

Directions

  • Step 1

    Put the vegetables, vinegar and juniper in a bag. Put the meat also in and vacuum the bag. Let it rest for 1 week in the fridge

  • Step 2

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 158.0ºF / 70.0ºC.

  • Step 3

    Cook the bag for 8 hours

  • Step 4

    Steam the potatoes 1 hour before eating.

  • Step 5

    15 minutes before eating take the bag out of the Anova and put the liquid in a pan and use flour the thick it

  • Step 6

    Eat and enjoy
