Directions
- Put the vegetables, vinegar and juniper in a bag. Put the meat also in and vacuum the bag. Let it rest for 1 week in the fridge
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 158.0ºF / 70.0ºC.
- Cook the bag for 8 hours
- Steam the potatoes 1 hour before eating.
- 15 minutes before eating take the bag out of the Anova and put the liquid in a pan and use flour the thick it
- Eat and enjoy
