Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 149.0ºF / 65.0ºC.

  • Step 2

    Remove the membrane from your ribs Salt and

  • Step 3

    Seal in a vacuum bag I double bagged it being cautious of the bones

  • Step 4

    Put into your pot use something to weigh it down just in case be careful of evaporation

      I seared it with butter then blasted them in sweet baby rays bbq sauce and seared again
