This recipe is for beef short ribs The bone comes away freely Super tender but still holds shape Bones fall out easily during searing

Soft tender beef only new to sousvide so and still learning but I’m loving it!!

Temperature : 149F / 65C

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 149.0ºF / 65.0ºC.
  2. Remove the membrane from your ribs Salt and
  3. Seal in a vacuum bag I double bagged it being cautious of the bones
  4. Put into your pot use something to weigh it down just in case be careful of evaporation

Pan Sear

  1. I seared it with butter then blasted them in sweet baby rays bbq sauce and seared again
