Ingredients for 0

  • 2.5 - 3 lbs of beef back ribs

  • Rub of your choice

  • Sauce of your choice

Directions

  • Step 1

    Rub ribs all over and put in fridge for at least over night but up to a day.

  • Step 2

    Set smoker to 180 and smoke ribs for 3 hours

  • Step 3

    Remove ribs from smoker and place in bag

  • Step 4

    Add bag to water for 36 hours

  • Step 5

    Remove ribs from bag and baste with sauce

  • Step 6

    Place in 500* oven for 15 minutes

  • Step 7

    Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving
