  1. Rub ribs all over and put in fridge for at least over night but up to a day.
  2. Set smoker to 180 and smoke ribs for 3 hours
  3. Remove ribs from smoker and place in bag
  4. Add bag to water for 36 hours
  5. Remove ribs from bag and baste with sauce
  6. Place in 500* oven for 15 minutes
  7. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving
