Ingredients
- 2.5 - 3 lbs of beef back ribs
- Rub of your choice
- Sauce of your choice
Directions
- Rub ribs all over and put in fridge for at least over night but up to a day.
- Set smoker to 180 and smoke ribs for 3 hours
- Remove ribs from smoker and place in bag
- Add bag to water for 36 hours
- Remove ribs from bag and baste with sauce
- Place in 500* oven for 15 minutes
- Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving
