Ingredients for 2

  • Two small racks of beef ribs

  • Sweet Smokey Texas BBQ sauce

  • Himalayan Pink Salt and Black Pepper


  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145.0ºF / 62.8ºC.

  • Step 2

    Trim fat from ribs

  • Step 3

    Apply some salt and pepper seasoning

  • Step 4

    Vacuum Seal in bag

  • Step 5

    Place in water and begin the 48hr cook

    • Step 0

      Pre heat oven to 500f

    • Step 1

      Remove ribs from bag and pat dry.

    • Step 2

      Coat heavily in Sweet Smokey Texas bbq sauce

    • Step 3

      Place on baking paper in baking tray and place in oven for 15-20 mins

    • Step 4

      Remove from oven and let rest for 8 mins

    • Step 5

      Serve and enjoy
