Two small racks of beef ribs
Sweet Smokey Texas BBQ sauce
Himalayan Pink Salt and Black Pepper
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145.0ºF / 62.8ºC.

Trim fat from ribs

Step 3
Apply some salt and pepper seasoning

Vacuum Seal in bag

Step 5
Place in water and begin the 48hr cook

Pre heat oven to 500f

Step 1
Remove ribs from bag and pat dry.

Coat heavily in Sweet Smokey Texas bbq sauce

Place on baking paper in baking tray and place in oven for 15-20 mins

Remove from oven and let rest for 8 mins
