Ingredients
- Two small racks of beef ribs
- Sweet Smokey Texas BBQ sauce
- Himalayan Pink Salt and Black Pepper
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145.0ºF / 62.8ºC.
- Trim fat from ribs
- Apply some salt and pepper seasoning
- Vacuum Seal in bag
- Place in water and begin the 48hr cook
- Pre heat oven to 500f
- Remove ribs from bag and pat dry.
- Coat heavily in Sweet Smokey Texas bbq sauce
- Place on baking paper in baking tray and place in oven for 15-20 mins
- Remove from oven and let rest for 8 mins
- Serve and enjoy
