  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145.0ºF / 62.8ºC.
  2. Trim fat from ribs
  3. Apply some salt and pepper seasoning
  4. Vacuum Seal in bag
  5. Place in water and begin the 48hr cook

  1. Pre heat oven to 500f
  2. Remove ribs from bag and pat dry.
  3. Coat heavily in Sweet Smokey Texas bbq sauce
  4. Place on baking paper in baking tray and place in oven for 15-20 mins
  5. Remove from oven and let rest for 8 mins
  6. Serve and enjoy
