  • Favorite BBQ Rub

  • Favorite BBQ Sauce


  • Step 1

    Rub with bbq spice, let rub penetrate meat 24-48 hours vaccum sealed in bag in refrigerator..

  • Step 2

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 160.0ºF / 71.1ºC.

  • Step 3

    Let stand out side of refrigerator wile anova is coming up to temperature.

  • Step 4

    Cook @ 160 for 24 hours in vaccum bag..

      When finish remove from bag and put in oven safe dish and bast with BBQ sauce and preheat oven to 500* allowing meat to rest. Roast for 15 mins.. let rest for 10 mins before serving
