- 2-3# Beef back Ribs
- Favorite BBQ Rub
- Favorite BBQ Sauce
Directions
- Rub with bbq spice, let rub penetrate meat 24-48 hours vaccum sealed in bag in refrigerator..
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 160.0ºF / 71.1ºC.
- Let stand out side of refrigerator wile anova is coming up to temperature.
- Cook @ 160 for 24 hours in vaccum bag..
- When finish remove from bag and put in oven safe dish and bast with BBQ sauce and preheat oven to 500* allowing meat to rest. Roast for 15 mins.. let rest for 10 mins before serving
