Ingredients for 0

  • Misc beef ribs- we used ribs cut from prime rib roast

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Garlic

Directions

  • Step 1

    Peel silver skin from back of ribs

  • Step 2

    Rub with salt,pepper , garlic rub

  • Step 3

    Vacuum seal in single layer

  • Step 4

    Set sous vide to 150°F

  • Step 5

    Add ribs to water bath and set time for 40-48 hours

  • Step 6

    Remove from bath and put in sheet to sear

  • Step 7

    Add barbecue sauce and choose your sear method

  • Step 8

    In a hurry I sear with a torch but also pop in the oven 500° for 10 min or broil and keep an eye on it.
