Ingredients
- Misc beef ribs- we used ribs cut from prime rib roast
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic
Directions
- Peel silver skin from back of ribs
- Rub with salt,pepper , garlic rub
- Vacuum seal in single layer
- Set sous vide to 150°F
- Add ribs to water bath and set time for 40-48 hours
- Remove from bath and put in sheet to sear
- Add barbecue sauce and choose your sear method
- In a hurry I sear with a torch but also pop in the oven 500° for 10 min or broil and keep an eye on it.
