Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel silver skin from back of ribs
  2. Rub with salt,pepper , garlic rub
  3. Vacuum seal in single layer
  4. Set sous vide to 150°F
  5. Add ribs to water bath and set time for 40-48 hours
  6. Remove from bath and put in sheet to sear
  7. Add barbecue sauce and choose your sear method
  8. In a hurry I sear with a torch but also pop in the oven 500° for 10 min or broil and keep an eye on it.
