  • Rosemary sprigs

  • Beef ribs (2 racks)

Directions

  • Step 1

    Vacuum seal with all ingredients

  • Step 2

    Sous vide for 46 hours @ 148

  • Step 3

    Set up charcoal grill for indirect heat with a couple chunks of hickory

  • Step 4

    Grill ribs indirect heat for approx 20 minutes

  • Step 5

    Eat the heck outta em’
