Ingredients
- Salt

- Fresh garlic, crushed, liberal
- Rosemary sprigs
- Beef ribs (2 racks)
Directions
- Vacuum seal with all ingredients
- Sous vide for 46 hours @ 148
- Set up charcoal grill for indirect heat with a couple chunks of hickory
- Grill ribs indirect heat for approx 20 minutes
- Eat the heck outta em’
