3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 ½ tablespoons paprika
1 ½ tablespoons salt
1 ½ tablespoons ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Step 1
- Dry Ribs with paper towel - Remove silver skin on back - Mix dry rub ingredients and apply to Ribs - Allow Ribs to sit 10 minutes with dry rub to allow for Ribs to sweat and adhere to dry rub - Place Ribs in Sous-Vide at 132F / 60 hours - After 60 hours, dry Ribs with paper towel - Brush Ribs with favorite bbq sauce - Broil Ribs for 6-7 minutes minutes at 500f - Re-brush Ribs with favorite bbq sauce - Broil Ribs for additional 6-7 minutes - Take Ribs out and let rest for 10 minutes - Enjoy!
