  • Corn tortillas

  • Cilantro

  • Diced onion

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 170.0ºF / 76.7ºC.

  • Step 2

    Trim fat from beef cheeks and discard

  • Step 3

    Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Step 4

    Place seasoned meat inside vacuum bag. Add 2 whole bay leaves to each bag.

  • Step 5

    Place vacuum sealed bags in sous vide water

    • Step 0

      Remove and discard bay leaves

    • Step 1

      Shred meat for tacos

    • Step 2

      Serve as tacos garnished with cilantro, chopped onions, and salsa
