- Beef Cheek
- Course Salt
- Black Pepper
- Bay Leaves
- Corn tortillas
- Cilantro
- Diced onion
- Salsa
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 170.0ºF / 76.7ºC.
- Trim fat from beef cheeks and discard
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Place seasoned meat inside vacuum bag. Add 2 whole bay leaves to each bag.
- Place vacuum sealed bags in sous vide water
- Remove and discard bay leaves
- Shred meat for tacos
- Serve as tacos garnished with cilantro, chopped onions, and salsa
