  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 170.0ºF / 76.7ºC.
  2. Trim fat from beef cheeks and discard
  3. Salt and Pepper to taste
  4. Place seasoned meat inside vacuum bag. Add 2 whole bay leaves to each bag.
  5. Place vacuum sealed bags in sous vide water

  1. Remove and discard bay leaves
  2. Shred meat for tacos
  3. Serve as tacos garnished with cilantro, chopped onions, and salsa
