    Set Anova to 56.5 Degree’s C and add to the vacuum sealed burgers for 90 mins.

      Season and place them on a metal rack like an oven shelf placed over a heatproof dish.

    • Step 2

      Sear each side of the burger for approx 45 seconds with a torch.
